1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mother Vegetable platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mother Vegetable regarding use of the platform.

2. Use of Platform

You may use Mother Vegetable for lawful personal and commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service. Mother Vegetable reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

3. Direct Sales & Anti-Pyramid

Mother Vegetable operates as a story-led e-commerce platform. Compensation under our Dealer and Maker programs is earned through genuine product sales and royalties only — Mother Vegetable does not operate a pyramid scheme and there is no compensation for recruitment. The Dealer and Maker programs are governed by their own separate agreements.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Mother Vegetable is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Mother Vegetable, please contact our support team first. We commit to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to making a good-faith effort to resolve the matter.

Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the courts of Tokyo, Japan and governed exclusively by the laws of Japan. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

7. Changes to these Terms

Mother Vegetable may revise or update these Terms from time to time at its discretion. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and we will show the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
