Refund Policy

7-day return on physical products

Eligible items must be unopened and in original packaging.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for physical products that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return unless the damage was caused during shipping, in which case photographic evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@mothervegetable.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 3 business days. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return: subscriptions (including Mazavege Maker annual plans), items purchased during clearance sales marked as final sale, perishable goods, and personalised or customised products.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Mother Vegetable error (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit). In those cases, Mother Vegetable will provide a prepaid return label. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
