Shipping Policy

During our Phase 1 launch, Mother Vegetable offers local delivery only: our Japan warehouse delivers to addresses in Japan, and our Malaysia warehouse delivers to addresses in Malaysia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping is a flat USD 5.00 per shipment. Orders with a subtotal of USD 35.00 or more ship free.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. Mother Vegetable is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
